Update on our reopening plan:

With careful thought and following guidelines given by Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and Washington State Department of Health, the following will help ensure the safety of both clients and staff to the best of our ability moving forward:

*Clients must self-screen for COVID-19 signs and symptoms before scheduling an appointment and entering the salon. If you have been experiencing a cough, fever, or shortness of breath in the past 14 days, please wait to schedule an appointment. Please reschedule when all symptoms have been resolved for at least 14 days.

*We will no longer have a waiting area. Instead, we ask that you wait outside or in your car. You will receive a call/text when your technician is ready for your appointment.

*Everyone (staff and clients) will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times in the salon. Masks must be worn before entering the salon. Masks must worn correctly, covering both the nose and mouth. If you do not have a mask, you may purchase one from us.

*Hands must be washed with soap for at least 20 seconds upon arrival in the salon.

*Due to reduced capacity limitations, only clients with an appointment will be allowed in the salon (with an exception of caregivers). Children are only allowed if they are receiving a service and will be charged adult pricing.

*You will notice barriers at our stations. These are mandatory when strict physical distancing is not feasible. Your technician may be wearing a face shield when a barrier is not suitable for the service.

*Every client is required to wear a clean gown that will be provided for them.

Updates may be made as needed.

Appointments:

We are still waiting on a confirmed reopen date. Until then, we will not be scheduling appointments. As we navigate reopening with new guidelines and limitations, we will be spacing out appointments to properly clean and sanitize equipment and work stations. This may restrict the number of clients we are able to see daily.
